John Alexander Kloepfer...Zanesville, Ohio, Times Recorder, Tuesday, April 6, 1971:

John A. Kloepfer, 89, a former Roseville resident, died at 7:30 a.m. Monday in a New Orleans hospital following a three-week illness.
He and his wife operated a farm near Roseville a number of years. She was the former Maime (sic) Ivett and preceded him in death in 1943.
He was a member of Roseville Methodist Church, and a 50-year member of Roseville Masonic Lodge 566 F&AM.
Surviving are a son, Dr. H. Warner Kloepfer of New Orleans; a daughter, Mrs. Anthony (Beatrice) Stucca (sic) of Springhill, Ill., a sister, Mrs. Lavina Hunter of Burbank, Calif., seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
The body will be taken to Roseville Chapel of Cannon and Cannon Funeral Home where friends may call after 6 p.m. Wednesday.
