Barbara McKimmie ("Kim") Mumma, passed away Saturday, July 17 at the age of 86. Kim was born in Washington, DC on January 11, 1924. The daughter of Charles McKimmie and Mozelle Cornwall, Kim was raised in Richmond, Virginia where she attended St. Catherine's School and the Collegiate School. She attended Harcum Junior College in Bryn Mawr before she married her husband of 42 years, Robert M. Mumma, Sr. After her husband's death, Kim served as President of Pennsy Supply, Inc., and served on the board of Harrisburg Hospital and HACC. She was very active in many community and philanthropic endeavors.
She is survived by her children, Robert M. Mumma II, Babs Mumma, Linda Mumma and Lisa Mumma Morgan, 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 3 PM from the Trinity Lutheran Church, Camp Hill. There is a time of visitation from 2:30 until 3 PM. Burial is private.
