Lyda S. Mumaw (nee Scherrer), 85, was the beloved wife of the late Dr. Everett D. E.; dearest mother of Gregory E., Sharilyn I. (husband Mel Kalkowski), Lorraine A., David E., Lynda M., Donnalyn E. and Lydalyn D. Pritchard (husband Bill); loving grandmother of Melody, Rachel, Chelsea, Katherine, Richard and Victorialyn; dear sister of Iris White and the late Paul Scherrer Jr.
The family would appreciate contributions in the memory of Lyda to the American Diabetes Assoc., 155 Ken Mar Pkwy., Broadview Hts., OH 44147. Funeral service Saturday, Jan. 6, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the NICOL-WELLS-KLOSS FUNERAL HOME, 5252 MAYFIELD RD., LYNDHURST (BETWEEN RICHMOND AND BRAINARD), where the family will receive friends FRIDAY, 2 to 4 AND 6 to 8 P.M. Interment private. Eastern Star service Friday at 7:30 p.m., conducted by Windermere Chapter No. 388 O.E.S., followed by a service by the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America Kheedawee Court No. 6.
