Notes:
Sally was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Burnett Slonecker. On 15 Feb 1883 she married Irvin Ellis in Nebraska where they homesteaded. They were the parents of five children, three of whom died in childhood. After the death of Mr. Ellis she came to Missouri with her children, Lida and Lanning ELLIS.

She was a charter member of the Liberty Chapel Church south of Trenton, where her funeral services were held. Burial was in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Trenton, Missouri under the direction of the Davis-Blackmore Funeral Home.
