ROUCH, Norman E. 73, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Tuesday July 24, 2007 at his residence. He was born March 10, 1934 in Medway, Ohio the son of the late James R. & Ida (Veatch) Rouch. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He retired from Delco Moraine, Dayton. He was a member of the American Legion Post #286, New Carlisle. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Barbara; two sons, Norman E. (Dianne) Rouch, Jr., James R. Rouch; three daughters, Theresa L. (Mike) Robertson, Lisa M. (Darrel) Schriever, Vicky LaRue; 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday 26, 2007 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio.
