Mumma, Joan,
81, passed away May 3, 2016.
She was the 5th of nine children born to Edward and Ethyl Knackstedt January 4, 1935 in Harrisburg, Pa.
The family would like to thank the staff at Jefferson Place for their compassion and care they provided Joan.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Mumma.
Survivors include her children Kathy McGeorge, Carol Kapsalis (Steve) and Richard Mumma (Kelly); grandchildren Lauren McGeorge, Dimitri Kapsalis, Christina Kapsalis, Melissa Kapsalis and Grant Mumma.
Funeral service 2 pm Saturday at Pearson's 149 Breckenridge Lane. Burial will be in Bedford, Pa. Visitation 12 pm Saturday until time of service.
