CLYDE F. MUMMA - Obituary

Clyde F. Mumma, 74, of 110 N. Kansas, East Wenatchee, died at his home Wednesday morning.
Born July 27, 1901, at Daykin, Neb., he attended schools there, and in Minatare, Neb. In 1923 he enlisted in the Army, serving until 1934. Upon his discharge, he moved to Oroville, living there until 1937, when he moved to Bremerton. In 1943 he came to Wenatchee.
On April 5, 1951, he married Alice Young Sullivan in Redmond. They have since made their home in East Wenatchee. Mr. Mumma worked as a carpenter most of his life. He had also driven taxi for Yellow Cab for eleven years, retiring in 1965.
He was a member of Wenatchee Eagles Aerie No. 204.
Surviving are his wife, at home; one step-daughter, Mrs. Vada Campbell, Wenatchee; one brother, Fred Mumma, Kirkland, one sister, Mrs. E.F. (Velma) Nelson, Oroville; and three step-grandchildren.
Services are announced by Telford's Chapel of the Valley.
FUNERAL NOTICE
CLYDE F. MUMMA--Funeral services will be conducted at the interment site in Evergreen Memorial Park Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock with Mr. Billy G. Jackson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Heart Fund. Arrangements are by Telford's Chapel of the Valley.
