John Mumma, veteran of the Civil War and member of General Welsh Post, died at the home of his brother, Abram at Newtown Saturday afternoon. The deceased suffered a long time from consumption and dropsy. He was about 60 years old. His wife died a few years ago at Klinesville. Funeral from late home at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
