DECATUR, April 3?Bernie K. Mead. 68. died Tuesday at 10 p. m.,
folllowing a heart attack. He had been ailing about a month.
He was born in Decatur June 30, 1877, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert E. Mead. On March 2, 1898 he was wed to Miss Dora Mae Mumaugh of Hamilton township.
Besides his wife, Dora he leaves two sons, Harry, Niles; Gilbert S., Decatur; daughter Mrs. Ethel Wanko, Decatur; 10 grandchildren and a half brother, William Mead of Hamilton township. Funeral services wiil be held at 2 p. m.. Friday at Newell & Sons funeral home, with burial in Hamilton cemetery.
