An Isabella Mumaw, age 28, is found living in the 1950 census of Warren County, Virginia, 69th district, with a daughter named Jaqueline, age 3. It is quite possible that this is the wife of James who died in April of 1850. The census date was August of 1850.

Susan Leach's parents Colin Leach and Dorcas Grasman resided in Frederick County and later in Warren County Virginia. I do not know when Colin died but his will is dated 25 Nov 1856 and Proven 17 Nov 1862 ? it lists Susan Mumaw as daughter.
