Helen Mumaw, 79 of Woodstock died Saturday, April 3, 2010.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010, 11:00 AM at the Dellinger Funeral Home, Woodstock by Rev. Anthony Keim. Burial will follow at Sunset View Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Mumaw was born February 9, 1931 in Shenandoah County, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Lester L. and Lillie George Shipp. She was member of St. Luke Brethren Church.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, B. Frank Mumaw, three brothers, Stanley, Garrett, and Clyde Shipp, and a sister, Emiley Dinges.
Mrs. Mumaw is survived by her husband, Charles W. Mumaw of Woodstock; a stepson, Charles "Chuck" Mumaw and his wife Cindy of Strasburg; two nieces, Wanda Marshburn and Brenda Showalter; two nephews, Carson Shipp and Bill Shipp; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
The family request that memorial contributions be made to the St. Luke Brethren Church Building Fund.
