Albert Mumma (1906-1970) married Phoebe (?) (1914-1984) & together they had four children, including a son Raymond Mumma. It is known that Albert was heavily involved in the U.S. aerospace program & family stories indicate he participated in the team that built Howard Hughes' Spruce Goose. It is known that for some period of time around 1940 Albert & Phoebe lived in Hawaii where their first child was born. By 1942, they were living in Sacramento where the remaining 3 children were born. From 1951 through 1957 they lived in North Africa (Morocco).
