Dallas is survived by his loving wife 27 years, Rebecca K. Mumaw; children, Amber R. Agee, Heather M. Gumbiner, Matthew J. Agee, and Brittany N. Agee; grandchildren, Taylor and McKenzie Agee; brothers, Billy and Michael Mumaw; sister, Ladonna Price; stepmother, Betty J. Mumaw; mother, Lulu Belle Rady; and numerous extended family members and friends.
