According to a Kalamazoo Gazzette obituary, William Henry Hatfield, age 83, passed away lat e Sunday morning at his home in Pentwater. Mr. Hatfield was preceded in death by his wife, Fl orence A. Hatfield in 1980. He is survived by his son, James Hatfield of Comstock; 2 daughter , Mrs. Bette Leiting of Englewood, Florida and Mrs. Joyce Lee of Portage; one sister, Mrs. Ge rt Kalberer of Kalamazoo; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildr en. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Centenary United Methodist Churc h in Pentwater. In lieu of flowers, the family have requested memorials to be made to the chu rch. Arrangements by the Tate-Weaver Funeral Home in Hart.
