According to a Kalamazoo Gazzette obituary, Mrs. Fern Irene Crawford passed away Monday, Apri l 21, 1980 at Provincial House Nursing Home. Mrs Crawford was born April 28, 1898, in Celina , Mercer Co., OH, daughter of Blanche and Clarence Rayman. She was retired from the Koz y Coach Company. Mr. and Mrs. Crawford had spent her last several winters in Nokomis, Sarasot a Co., FL. Surviving are her husband, Marion; three sons, Rayman of Three Rivers, Les lie of Glendale, California and Darwin of Kalamazoo; 8 grandchildren; a brother, Merritt Raym an. She was prededed in death by 3 brothers, Lloyd, Burton and Merl. Funeral services will b e held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at theTruesdale Chapel of the Pines, Westnedge at Milham, Portage . Interment at Hope Cemetery, Texas Township. Her Social Security Number is 368-01-6941. It w as issued in Michigan before 1951.
