Robert "Bob" A. Burgan, 64, Arnold, Mo., passed away Monday, Feb. 9, 2009 in Naples, Fla. He was born Feb. 1, 1945 in Peru to John R. and Ruby (Mughmaw) Burgan. He married Gerrie DeLaber in 1961, and she survives. Bob was a retired UPS driver. Survivors besides his wife include two daughters, Judy Hahan, Arnold, Mo., and Renee Bierman and husband Bill, St. Louis, Mo.; four granddaughters, Jennifer Allison, LeeAnn Smith, Grace Bierman and Bethany Bierman; one great-granddaughter, Cali Hammers; and three sisters, Wanda Coleman, Peru, Joann Sturgeon and husband Jim, Rockford, Ohio, and Susan Witte and husband David, Arnold, Mo. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Duane Burgan. A memorial service will be held in Arnold, Mo. at a later date. Local arrangements are being handled by Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 W. Third St
