LOIS V. NALL Lois V. (Tooley) Nall, of Wilmington, passed away at Trinity Grove Nursing Home on Friday, March 06, 2015. She was born in Kokomo, IN on November 14, 1924 the daughter of Violet Mumaw Bentley and Ralph Bentley, her step-father. She graduated from Kokomo High School, class of 1943. A major part of her adult life was devoted to her passion for the performing arts and participating in local community theater. A member of numerous community theater groups in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, and Connecticut, Lois was actively involved in all aspects of production, both on and off the stage. While with the Ann Arbor, Michigan "Civic Players", she was awarded the Leading Actress Award. As a member of the "The Village Theater Guild", Glen Ellen, Illinois, Lois met and married the great love of her life, David Nall, in 1972. She and her new husband, David, also an actor, each received "Best Actor and Actress" award that same year for their respective roles in the "Village Theater Guild's" production of "LUV", a play by Murray Schisgal. Lois's theatrical activities continued in Hardford, CT as a performing member of the "The Mark Twain Masquers". Her business career included working as Training Consultant for the Number Skills Program of McGraw-Hill's Client Services Department responsible for five western states plus Alaska and Hawaii. Appointed to Senior Consultant, she was responsible for the training of all new McGraw-Hill trainers in addition to handling the New England territory. During her long and highly successful career she was also the Executive Secretary for the President of Johns & Laughlin Steel Company in Detroit and assistant to the President of a major management consultant firm in Chicago. Lois is survived by her husband of 42 years, J. David Nall, and children Gary B. Sullivan, Lori (Ouellette) Berry, and step children Amy (Nall) Tucek, P. McLean Nall, and John P. Nall. A memorial service will be held at Ellers Mortuary and Funeral Home, Kokomo, IN at a later date. Inurnment will follow at Crown Point Cemetery in Kokomo.
