SFL appears to be step father-in-law, which fits if this is Bessie Corey from 1900. From thi s we can hypothesize that Mary Mumaugh died between 1900 and 1910, and Bessie Corey married J ohn Davies about 1904-1905.
Her death record at the Allen County, OH Court House gives her date of death as 25 May 1907 , and her age at death as 58-2-5, which calculates her birth date to 20 March 1849 rather tha n the Feb 1848 stated in the 1900 census.

"The Daily Times" 28 May 1907
"Mrs. Mary Mumaugh died at Delphos, Saturday morning, aged 59 years. Three children survive h er. She had been sick about a year."
