(There seems to be another William and Elizabeth Mumma Winter unaccounted for.
Elizabeth Mumma marries a William Mc. Winters
b: 16 NOV 1877 in Fulton Co., Pa.
d: 25 Nov 1902
according to some document in the FCHS. There was a question as to whether Evelyn was their child?
Evelyn M. Winters
b: 26 MAY 1902
Please advice on this couple and child.
Answer: There is a William Winter listed in the FCHS cemetery disk, 1997. He died in November the year Evelyn was born. William J. Winter had more children after 1902 making it impossible for William Mc. Winters to be William J. Winter or to be Evelyn's father since it is found that she has siblings in the obituaries. Who then is this Elizabeth and William?)
