His obituary reads:
"CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Richard G. Cutshall, 83, of Falling Spring Nursing Home, and formerly of 9894 Circle Drive, St. Thomas, Pa., died Monday, Dec. 11, 2000, at the home. Born Sept. 30 , 1917, in Waterfall, Pa., he was the son of the late Elmer and Edith Rickabaugh Cutshall. He owned and operated Red Bridge Trailer Sales and Park in Chambersburg. He had worked in Pittsburgh steel mills and at Letterkenny Army Depot. He attended Mount Olive United Brethren Church. He is survived by his wife, Deloris E. Willhide Cutshall, whom he married in December 1961; a daughter, Diane Elizabeth Bowman of St. Thomas; a brother, Donald Zane Cutchall of Chambersburg; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Louise Fittry and Romaine Carbaugh. Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home i n St. Thomas. The Rev. Stan McCammon will officiate. Burial will be in Norland Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mount Olivet United Brethren Church, Building Fund, 8204 Fort M cCord Road, Chambersburg, PA 17201."
