Notes for Daniel Barnett: Sometime during 1871 Daniel, Agnes and younger children James B. Margaret, & Agnes Isabella, along with married daughter Frances and her husband Joseph Barber and Ann Oakman, mother, moved to McDonough Co., IL:. Daniel purchased a farm near his son Joseph, who previously settled in Illinois. Most of Agnes Barnett's siblings were also living in or near McDonough County. Daniel farmed and did carpentry work. Daniel and Agnes and daughter Frances and her husband returned to Pennsylvania before 1899. Daniel and Agnes Barnett had a large family of fourteen children and left many descendants.
