Funeral services for Floyd W. Mumma, 58, of 1451 W. Sunset Ave., will be at 3 p.m. Monday in Brintlinger's Funeral Home, where friends may call after 4 p.m. today. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
Mr. Mumma, owner of the Spreader Body & Equipment Co. in Assumption, died at 8:22 p.m. yesterday in Decatur and Macon County Hospital, where he had been a patient for the past 12 days. He had lived in Decatur the past 25 years, moving here from Champaign.
He was a member of the Decatur Transportation Club and South Side Country Club.
Mr. Mumma was born Sept. 19, 1906 in Macomb, a son of James and Alice Essex Mumma.
He was married to Dorothy Edwards Jan 3, 1929 in Champaign.
Surviving are his wife; one daughter, Mrs. David (Marilyn) Kruzan, Dayton, Ohio; two sons, Stephen, Indianapolis, Ind., Philip, Decatur; two brothers, Max D., Davenport, Iowa; Paul H., Urbana; one sister, Mrs. Emanuel (Helen) Freeman, Calumet City, his father, Iowa City, Iowa and two grandchildren.
