Charles D. Moomaw, 66, passed peacefully Sunday, Aug. 8, 2021, at his home in Tucson, Arizona.
Charles was born Aug. 24, 1954, to Charles L. Moomaw and Jean (Roles) Moomaw.
Charles was a native of Fostoria, having graduated from Fostoria High School in 1972.
Charles attended Bowling Green State University, completing his B.A. and master's degree in Education. He relocated to Cleveland, where he worked for Baldwin-Wallace University and later National City Bank. At National City, Charles started as a recruiter, and later became Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Charles is survived by his spouse, Lisa L. Becksted; and two daughters, Alyssa C. Moomaw and Chelsea J. Moomaw.
Charles is most remembered as a wonderful husband and father, and mentor to those whose lives he touched.
