Obituary --- Evelyn Irene Mumaw, 78, of Annapolis and previously of Pasadena, died of lung complications Oct. 7 at Harford Memorial Hospital in Havre de Grace.
Born in Virginia on Aug. 11, 1927, Mrs. Mumaw was employed most of her life as a waitress. More recently she had worked at Factory Card Outlet and Bob Evans.
She enjoyed playing bingo.
She was married for 45 years to George R. Mumaw before his death.
Surviving are one son, Richard Mumaw Sr. of Pasadena; two daughters, Diane Wilkes of Arnold and Synthia Bare of Rising Sun; one brother, Robert Wieber of Millersville; one sister, Sandy Meekins of Abingdon; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation is from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 tonight at Singleton Funeral Home, 1 Second Ave. SW, Glen Burnie, where services will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
