Ruth Haines
MONTICELLO -- Ruth M. Haines, 78, of Monticello died at 10:15 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 4, 1990) at Kirby Hospital, Monticello.
Furneral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Mackey-Wright Funeral Home, Monticello, the Rev. Russell Smith officiatin. Burial with graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Monticello Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Haines was born April 11, 1911, at DeLand, a daughter of Roy E. and Luverne Stiverson Perkins.
Survivors include one son, Wray C. Haines of Monticello; one daughter, Mildred Musick of Monticello; one step-great great granddaughter; one brother, Leland Perkins of Whitehouse, Texas; three sisters, Helen Dyson and Marie Cody of Monticello, and Doris Norwood of Champaign; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and five step-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Mrs. Haines was a member of the Monticello United Methodist Church.
