Notes:
Mary is the top MUMMA in this tree. She is listed in the Washington County, MD marriage records. She and her husband remained in Washington County, even after he died in 1874.
I believe that Mary is the daughter of Joseph Mumma, b. 1786, but no proof. Joseph is found in the 1830 census and his children in this census have not been identified. I also believe that Solomon Mumma, b. Abt 1826, ir is also her brother. They both married in Washington Co., within 2 years and are about the same age.)
1830 census, MD, Washington Co., 2nd district, p. 72 - (he is not indexed)
Males under 5 = 1 (? Solomon Mumma, b. 1826 - U96)
............. 5 - 10 = 2 ( Probably David, b. 1820 & John b. 1818)
.............40 - 50 = 1 (Joseph was born abt 1786 so his age would be 44)
Females under 5 = 2 (? Mary Elizabeth, b. abt 1829 - U97 & ?)
..............30 - 40 = 1 (Elizabeth, born between 1790-1800)
1840 Census, Hagerstown, Washington, Maryland

Secnd. To the German Reformed Church in Sharpsburg I give One Hundred Dollars to be applied to the repairing of said Church, by the direction of my Executor hereinafter Named, during the period of five years.
The House and Lot I now reside in, in the town of Sharpsburg, being the same that I purchased from David Funk, lying and being on the Main Street of said town, I Will and bequeath to Mary Rohrer, Wife of Henry Rohrer (and Daughter of Elizabeth Mumma) during her Natural Life, after her death the same to go to her Children, that may be living.
