Joseph E. Greenwood, Jr., a resident of Montgomery, Alabama passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 13, 2013. He was born on September 23, 1938 in Dayton, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph E. Greenwood, Sr. and Mary Mumma Greenwood, sister Margaret Greenwood Falke and nephew Lee C. Falke, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 51 years Martha Alexander Greenwood; sons, John Greenwood, Matthew (Teena) Greenwood and daughter, Ann Greenwood. Grandchildren: Kristen Dickson, Joseph, Molly, Samantha and Alexis Greenwood. Special thanks to the staff at Hospice of Montgomery, especially Jennifer, for their loving care. A memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, March 23 at 11:00 am at Church of the Holy Spirit, 8570 Vaughn Road, Montgomery, AL 36117. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Montgomery, 1111 Holloway Park, Montgomery, AL 36117.
