Mirth Ann Thatcher, (nee Mumma), on August 9, 2012. Beloved Wife of Richard S. Thatcher. Loving mother to Paige L. Prazma. Grandmother to Brandon J. and Jared D. Prazma. She will also be missed by brother Dr. Michael J. Mumma and sister Lou Lankert. After a long battle with cancer, Mirth is now at peace. She was a Homemaker, Office Manager, LPN, and as a member and Director of the Friends of Cape Henlopen State Park (FOCHSP) volunteered countless hours of service and helped to raise substantial funds for the park. She loved gardening, bird watching, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
A memorial organ concert and formal tea will be held for friends and family at a later date. For details leave a message for Paige at (304) 725-1000.
