Volz, Mary Louise, 94, Jan. 09, 1917, April 11, 2011 Mary Lou passed away April 11, 2011, surrounded by her family. She was born in Orange County, Calif., to Orel C. and Marie L. Hare. She graduated from Huntington Beach High School in 1934 and then studied music at Fresno State College. An accomplished pianist, she taught piano for several years. Mary Lou is survived by her son, Kenyon Dawson; daughters, Karen Honaberger and Susie Heueisen; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenyon Dawson; and later her husband, Charles Volz.
