Jacob and Juliana were married on 28 Feb 1786, so we can bracket the likely ages for the son, John, as probably between Jan 1787 and 12 months prior to his half-brother Jacob's birth on 1 July 1790. The year of Jacob's 2nd marriage is speculative, but probably fairly close.
A Jacob Muma appears on the tax rolls of Cocalico Township of Lancaster County continuously from 1801 until 1835. We have no knowledge as to whether or not it is this Jacob. Strangely, this Jacob was a shoe maker - not a common Mumma occupation. If he went off of the tax rolls because of death about 1835, then he would have been around 70 years of age.
************** 1790 Census ***********************************
The 1790 census also lists a Jacob Muma as living in Brecknock Twp. of Lancaster County. (His sister her husband, John Stock live not far away)

3 females (Margaret & ?)
************** 1800 Census ************************************
The 1800 census for Brecknock was carefull examined, but no Mumma families are living in Brecknock township. His mother-in-law from his first marriage appears on the lists, along with several other Fry children. His brother-in-law, John Stock is also living in the Township. A Jacob Mumma does appear in Cocalico. Is this the same person?
