David L. Moomaw November 20, 1926 - December 25, 2017 Encinitas David, who was a WWII veteran, passed away Christmas Day. He is survived by his partner Char, daughters Robin (John) and Donna (Ric), grandchildren Kristen, Kevan and Xander, dogs Lady and Muffie. He was predeceased by his wife, Suzanne, parents Lewis and Irene Moomaw, and dog Pepper. Memorial will be at the Encinitas Elks Lodge, Sunday, January 7, at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Encinitas Elks Lodge, American Legion Post 416 or Parkinson Group.
