J. Edgar Moomaw Sr., 67, died Monday in Titusville, Fla., where he lived six years. Born in Maryland, he formerly operated a farm on the Quaker Bridge Road and had a stand at the Trenton Farmers' Market.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Gertrude Funk Moomaw; a son, J. Edgar Jr. of Dutch Neck; four daughters, Mrs. Edward Cunningham of Lambertville, Mrs. Jay Pell of Toms River, Mrs. Joseph Tyndale of Hamilton Square and Mrs. Everett McKelvey of Spring Lake; two brothers, Walter and Robert, and three sisters, Mrs. Harry Shaffer, Mrs. Earl Wonderly and Mrs. Delbert Nagy, all of Maryland.
Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Saul Memorial Home, 1740 Greenwood Avenue,with the Rev. Robert J. Beyer of Mercerville Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may call tomorrow evening.
