She loved music and encouraged her grandchildren and great-grandchildren to take music lessons. At holiday get-togethers, she would sit at the piano and play for all to enjoy!
In your younger years, she was a pianist/organist at the Victoria Theatre on Broad Street in Tamaqua, PA during the silent movie era.
She was a member of Christ United Church of Christ in Elizabethtown, PA where she was their organist for 20 years, retiring in 1970.
