In the 1850 census of Baltimore, 2rd Distict, page 100, Ann Mumma is recorded as living with her sister and brother-in-law, George Mason. There is a one year age difference between Ann and Catherine. There is confusion in the transcriptions of the First Reformed Church Records of Baltimore since a single person is baptised as "Anna Catharina".
Catherine and George Mason are found in the 1840 census of Baltimore in the 2rd district living next to her brother, John Mumma. The census head count shows 2 males age 30-40 and 2 females, age 40-50. These ages fit for Catherine and George. The extra female is likely Ann and her age would be correct.
