Mrs. Bertie Mumma
Mrs. Bertie Mumma,69, widow of David N. Mumma, Hanover, died at 7 o'clock Friday evening in the Hanover General hospital from a complication of diseases. She was born in Emmittsburg, Md., the daughter of the late David and Mary Jane ( Rosenspeal) Weaver. Her husband preceded her in death six years ago.
Surviving her are three daughters and two sons: Mrs. Felix Ginter, Mrs. Harry Swartzbaugh, Hanover; Miss Emma Mumma, at home; David, East Berlin R. D.; and Hanover. Six grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services at 9 o'clock Monday morning from the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Swartzbaugh, with a requiem high mass at St. Joseph's church. Interment will be made in the St. Joseph's cemetery.
