Notes:
That she was married under the name of Ann Dallins, to Samuel Mumma, in 1839 by Rev. Benninger at Mifflin, Mifflin Co., PA there being no legal barrier to such marriage, neither of them having been married before.
It is unclear whether her maiden name was Dallas, Dallins, or Davis. Davis is listed in some later records, but Dallins was recorded on the Widow's pension application
