Wayne Eugene Mumma, 62, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2014.
A final viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 12-1pm at the Jesse H. Geigle Funeral Home.
Obituary for Wayne Eugene Mumma
Wayne Eugene Mumma, 62, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at his home. Wayne was born on November 12, 1951 in Harrisburg, PA to Alforrette (Lowe) Mumma and the late William John Mumma Jr. Wayne worked for Rail Track and was a member of the American Legion Post 1001.
Wayne enjoyed playing golf. He was an outdoors man who loved woodworking.
Wayne will be remembered as a great brother and wonderful son. He took good care of his mother and was liked by all. He was the type of person who would do anything for anybody.
Wayne is also preceded in death by his brother-in-law Tom Horst.
Wayne is survived by his 2 sons Adam E. Mumma and Wayne E. Mumma & wife Alexis, his 3 brothers: Marlin R. Mumma, William J. Mumma III & wife Andrea and Gary R. Mumma & wife Ruth, his 2 sisters Ruth M. Wilt & husband John and Linda K. Horst and his 2 grandchildren Vincent and Dylan Mumma and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A final viewing for Wayne will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at the Jesse H. Geigle Funeral Home from 12-1pm.
In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Wayne?s name to the Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church, 1629 Fishing Creek Valley Rd., Harrisburg, PA 17112.
