Jay F. Mumma, 51, of Harrisburg, died Saturday, July 19, 2003 in the Harrisburg Hospital.
He was an employee of Nicholas Evanoff Roofing of Harrisburg, and a member of the 6th Street Clover Club and the Dauphin Firehouse Social Hall.
Surviving are his companion, Deanna L. Holley, with whom he lived; daughter, Samantha J. Mumma of Harrisburg; sister, Doris J. Patrick of Dauphin; two brothers, Ralph R. Mumma of Dauphin and Norm L. Mumma of Dover; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 24th in the Neumyer Funeral Home, Inc. at 1334 N. 2nd Street, Harrisburg. Viewing will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, in the funeral home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The American Diabetes Association, 3544 N. Progress Avenue, Suite 202, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
