Notes:
Harold J. Muma, 74, of Gladwin, went to be with his wife, Saturday, Feb. 19, 2000 at Tolfree Memorial Hospital in West Branch after a short illness. Born April 30, 1925 in Roscommon County, he was a lifetime resident of Gladwin County. Harold married Betty J. Fiser, Sept. 23, 1944 in Gladwin. She preceded him in death in 1998. He was a machinist for A. C. Spark Plug in Flint, retiring in 1976. He was a member of the R.L.D.S. Church in Gladwin.
Surviving are four sons, Michael, William and wife Diane and Ted and wife Marla, all of Gladwin, and Mark and wife Tracey of Flint; two daughters, Beverly and husband Dennis Bright of Gladwin, and Tonya and husband Kevin Venable of Flint; three brothers, Stanley, Delmar and Aaron, all of Gladwin; two sisters, Vera French and Fredia Kish, both of Gladwin; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one son, Larry in 1946; four brothers; and one sister.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at Hall Funeral Home, Gladwin. Burial will be in Butman Cemetery in Gladwin. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Crippled Childrens Fund.
