Ron Rose had this child as the son of Daniel B. Mumma. The censuses do not support this. I believe this is the correct attachment (father John)

This child is listed in the 1900 Federal census as George D. Mumma son of John H. Mumma. He had been listed as Dewey and another child was listed as George. The year of births had been August 1898 and August 1899. With the D. found in the 1900 cencus it is my belief that this is one in the same child. Thus I merged them. At this point I am also assuming that his death as a child is correct. Pamela Mumma, December 2004, mumma6@yahoo.com
From the Fulton Co. Death records found in the Archives in Harrisburg it is noted that George Mumma, 5 d. Mar 1904 in Dublin twp, cause of death - "fall", father John Mumma, buried Burnt Cabins (no mother given)
