By virtue of a writ of venditioni exponas to the directed, will be sold by public vendue, on Monday the 10th of March next, at the house at Mr. Garver, innkeeper in Hinkletown, at ten o'clock in the forernoon, a tract of land, containing 16 acres, whereon is erected a one story log house and stable, situate in Earl township, adjoining lands of Daniel Klein, Henry Frankhauser and Andrew Yundt.
Seized and taken in execution as the property of Leonard Mumma and to sold by George Hambright, Sheriff:
